nice shot but against the sun color is destroyed I think…
The shots that have lens flare (the circles of color) are indeed muted in color, clarity etc. I include some of those in the beginning b/c I think they are pretty but the majority of the shots, I blocked out the lense flare and they are much clearer. I can get into a whole treatise on why I like to shoot backlit with a reflector but if you haven’t tried to shoot, especially a light skinned, fair haired model, in direct desert sun (that is high, not setting) the difficulties may be lost on you.
I’m always experimenting with different ways of lighting models and open to suggestions.
